Office apps, each monitored separately
One row per Office door, never merged into one Office row, never a single Office count. Door name, link, repo fva365-office, and HEAD recorded at build time with its timestamp. Live status is plainly not verified live yet for every app until a signed-in live check proves it. No fake green, no fake uptime, no fake count, no fake version. No Office business data, no Office user data, and no Office document, mail, calendar, drive, or chat content is copied into Portal.

Tiles open each Office door in a new tab, link only. Portal never copies Office data to show a tile.
Maintenance, through role-based teams only
For each Office app and organisation, team memberships from Portal only, by opaque ID, role, app, organisation, and status only. No email, no name, no personal detail. Teams are grouped by role first, then by organisation, never by person alone. To assign a role, change a role, suspend, unsuspend, or offboard, use the existing team admin view for that app and organisation: open team admin and enter that app and organisation there. This page invents no new Office suspend, delete, data-change, or user-change action, deletes no Office data, changes no Office user, takes no payment, and creates no Office account.
Parked maintenance
Any maintenance beyond team role membership is parked, not shipped here: Office suspend, Office delete, Office data change, Office user change, Office account creation, and Office payment handling. Each is a separate order with its own name, approval, and live check.
Standalone companies
KopaBook is a link record only and does not appear in Office monitoring or Office teams. GOU and FixPro are standalone companies handled separately, on their own call. Portal holds no team list, no work list, no monitoring, and no counts for them, and no link here exposes their data.
